Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our Finance team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone looking to grow their accounting career in a dynamic and tech-driven environment. You will assist with day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

· Process invoices, expense reports, and vendor payments

· Assist in managing Finance internal and vendor inquiries and reconcile vendor accounts

· Allocate corporate credit card transactions and reconcile credit card statements

· Assist in reconciliation of bank statements and general ledger accounts

· Support month-end and year-end close processes

· Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

· Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal controls

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial data needs

· Perform other accounting duties as assigned

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

· 2–4 years of accounting or finance experience (internships included)

· Basic understanding of accounting principles (GAAP preferred)

· Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (preferably NetSuite)

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

· Strong initiative and problem-solving skills

· Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

· Experience in a technology or SaaS company

· Familiarity with ERP systems and financial reporting tools

· Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance standards
