A growing company in the wholesale purchasing industry is looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team in Arlington, TX. We specialize in helping independent stores maximize their purchasing power by securing better pricing and supplier contracts with major vendors. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and enjoys working with numbers and spreadsheets. Plus, you'll enjoy a Monday–Thursday schedule, with Fridays off for a better work-life balance!

What You’ll Do:

• Process invoices and payables, ensuring accurate translation of sales data into accounting records.
• Work extensively with Excel spreadsheets (pivot tables, formulas) to create reports and invoices.
• Collaborate with the Controller and Account Management team to support financial operations.
• Assist with ad hoc accounting tasks and administrative duties as needed.

Who You Are:

• Experience in AR/AP or bookkeeping preferred.
• Proficient in Excel (mid-level, including pivot tables & formulas).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to navigate a structured yet fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable learning and working with a customized Salesforce system (training provided).
• Excellent communicator who can ask questions and seek support when needed.
• Bachelors degree preferred but NOT required

What does this position pay?

Compensation is determined by several factors which may include skillset, experience level, and geographic location.

The expected range for this role is $50,000 to $55,000 per year. Please note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experience.
