Job Description

Requirements and Responsibilities:

Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Office Systems
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
Knowledge and command of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook) and Image.
Ability to express oneself orally and in writing in English and Spanish
Management of confidential information
Support the efforts of the vice president of the division.
Ability to handle multiple simultaneous tasks.
Possess skills in managing agendas and calendars.
Ability to write letters, reports and other general documents
Ability to receive, channel and document telephone calls.
Receive and channel correspondence.
Perform general office tasks.
Assist executive personnel.
