Seeking an Adolescent Psychiatric RN to provide high-quality, patient-centered mental health care for both adult and adolescent patients with various psychiatric disorders.

• Assess patient condition during admission and shifts, reporting changes promptly.
• Perform procedures and document care accurately.
• Respond proactively to patient needs and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans.
• Coordinate ongoing care with healthcare providers and community resources.
• Qualifications include RN license, associate degree or diploma, and BLS and crisis intervention certifications within 30 days of hire.
