A remote publishing company is currently onboarding AI-Assisted Publishing Associates to help create, structure, and publish nonfiction Kindle books using a step-by-step digital system. You’ll be working with pre-approved templates, AI-powered writing tools, and publishing instructions that walk you through the process from idea selection to launch. Validate concepts using a step-by-step topic selection process provided in the training
Document findings in your publishing planner to track and organize each project
Use AI tools like ChatGPT in combination with custom prompt templates to generate structured content
Organize chapters using the Kindle Riches outline builder, ensuring clear progression and flow
Refine and edit AI-generated content for tone, accuracy, and clarity
Use formatting walkthroughs to ensure consistent style, spacing, and layout
Produce nonfiction manuscripts of 3,000–7,000 words based on reader demand
Format final documents for Kindle compliance using included document stylesheets
Create metadata optimized for discoverability: titles, subtitles, backend keywords, and descriptions
Apply category tags using a classification guide that increases visibility in Amazon’s marketplace
Use free design tools and included templates to create clean, professional book covers
Finalize manuscript and image assets for KDP upload
Upload formatted manuscripts and cover files to Kindle Direct Publishing
Review preview copies and verify layout and metadata accuracy
Launch books using an included press release template and step-by-step promotion framework
Log publishing details into your dashboard to monitor title performance and growth
Track royalty reports to understand income trends and optimize future titles
