Manufacturing Company in Simi Valley is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk.
Position: Accounts Payable Clerk
Hourly Pay: $20.00 Hourly
Status: Temp-To Hire
Work Schedule: Office, Monday-Friday, 7am to 3:30 pm (30mins lunch break)
Hire Date: Immediate
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Enter G/L accounts posting and post outgoing payments into the SAP accounting data entry system.
• Ensures timely and accurate processing of accounts payable; receives, verifies,
and posts accounts payable invoices into accounting system.
• Reviews, audits, and processes employee expense reimbursements; verifies
• accuracy of expenses and adherence to company policies.
• Maintains accounting department files and records.
• Performs general clerical duties including but not limited to filing, photocopying,
faxing, typing, and mailing.
• Assists with special accounting projects as needed.
Must have prior experience in Accounts Payable.
