💼 Position Details:
🔧 Role: Maintenance Technician
📅 Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
📞 On-Call: 1 week every 3 weeks
💰 Pay: $18 – $20/hr (DOE) + On-Call + Quarterly Bonus

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing:
🧰 Handle daily work orders based on priority
🏠 Make-Readies & Unit Turns
🎨 Interior/Exterior Painting & Staining
🌬️ HVAC & Ventilation Tasks
🌳 Grounds Maintenance
🔧 Preventative Maintenance
🧹 Keep work areas neat and organized
📱 Participate in 24/7 emergency on-call rotation
🎓 What You’ll Need:
✔️ 1+ years of general maintenance experience
✔️ HVAC Certification (Preferred)
✔️ EPA License (Preferred)
✔️ CPO Certification (Preferred)
✔️ Skilled in:
🛠️ A hands-on skill test will be required during the interview.
