Our Client is searching for a talented and service-driven Assistant General Manager to help lead the front-of-house team, ensure seamless daily operations, and uphold the brand’s reputation for best-in-class hospitality. This is your role if you have a passion for leadership, operational excellence, and luxury guest experiences.

In the role of Assistant General Manager, you will collaborate with the General Manager to manage the restaurant’s daily operations, enhance guest interactions, and lead the team. Your contribution will be vital in upholding high service standards, promoting a hospitality culture, and securing financial and operational success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily front-of-house operations , ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience.
  • Uphold and enforce brand standards , ensuring consistency in service, ambiance, and overall guest satisfaction.
  • Lead and develop the FOH team , providing mentorship, training, and guidance to maintain a high-performance culture.
  • Work closely with the culinary and beverage teams to ensure a synchronized and exceptional dining experience.
  • Analyze key performance metrics , including guest feedback, sales trends, and labor efficiency, to optimize operational performance.
  • Manage financial aspects , including cost control, labor efficiency, and revenue optimization to drive profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards while maintaining a pristine and legally compliant operation.
  • Engage in strategic planning and marketing initiatives to enhance brand presence and drive guest loyalty.
  • Serve as an ambassador of the brand , embodying its core values and ensuring every guest interaction reflects its reputation for excellence.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3–5 years of leadership experience in a fine-dining and High-volume or luxury hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a high-caliber team.
  • Expertise in restaurant financials , including P&L management, cost control, and labor efficiency.
  • A deep passion for hospitality , with a guest-first mindset and commitment to service excellence.
  • Ability to problem-solve in a high-pressure environment while maintaining grace and professionalism.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster teamwork and collaboration.
  • Knowledge of wine, cocktails, and fine dining service standards is preferred.
