What You’ll Do:

☕ Support daily café operations, ensuring smooth service and happy customers

💬 Lead by example with stellar customer service and clear team communication

📋 Assist in training, scheduling, and mentoring baristas and kitchen crew

🍳 Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and food quality

💡 Step into a leadership role when the supervisor is away

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

✔ Has previous café or hospitality experience (leadership a plus!)

✔ Is organized, proactive, and calm under pressure

✔ Communicates clearly and kindly

✔ Can lift 25 lbs and stay on their feet during busy shifts

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

• Overseeing daily operations in conjunction with the general manager
• Working shifts in the front of house and back of house alongside the crew, always leading by action and being a self starter
• Training and mentoring new staff
• Maintaining communication and direction in daily operations
• inventory management that may include, ordering, order intake, stocking, and organizing

Qualifications

• CA Food handlers certificate
• Complete Manager Food Handlers Certification within 20 days of start date.
• Flexible availability and punctuality
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic math and computer skills
• Must have a heart of service, as much of the time spent is customer facing
