- Contract Duration: 6 months + potential for extension
- Worksite Location: Plymouth, MN | Hybrid - onsite one day per week
- Compensation: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
What you’ll do as an Associate Omnichannel Ops Analyst: - Monitor open orders across e-commerce channels using reporting tools to ensure accuracy and timely fulfillment.
- Analyze large data sets in Power BI and Excel to identify themes, patterns, and fulfillment issues.
- Partner with operations and development teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical order issues.
- Communicate with dealers and internal teams daily to resolve order disruptions, provide support, and capture program feedback for continuous improvement.
- Support KPI reporting, deep-dive analyses, and fulfillment initiatives alongside Omnichannel Operations Analysts.
- Assist customer service representatives by resolving escalated order issues and providing system-based solutions.
- Advocate for an exceptional last-mile customer experience by collaborating across teams.
- Respond to dealer, customer, and employee inquiries via email, phone, and digital channels.
- Create and deliver training and write knowledge base articles to strengthen customer service resources.
- Act as a backup for Omnichannel Analysts and Customer Service Agents when needed.
What you’ll bring to the Associate Omnichannel Ops Analyst role: - Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent experience.
- 1+ year of experience in e-commerce, order management, account management, analytics, customer service, or related operations roles.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with experience analyzing large data sets.
- Excellent problem-solving ability with solid math and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
- Self-starter with the ability to manage tasks, prioritize based on customer needs, and work through ambiguity.
- Proven ability to build relationships and deliver results in fast-paced environments.
