Join the team at Backswing Brewing Co. in Omaha! We’re a community-focused taproom where people come together for great conversations, familiar faces, and well-poured drinks. We’re looking for a bartender who brings energy, reliability, and great service to the table.

What You’ll Do:

• Create a welcoming atmosphere where regulars and new guests feel at home
• Serve beer and simple cocktails while keeping quality and efficiency top-notch
• Keep the bar stocked, clean, and running smoothly
• Work independently and as part of a close-knit team

What We’re Looking For:

• Must be 19+ years old (Required for serving alcohol in Nebraska)
• Someone who thrives in a social environment and enjoys making connections
• A self-starter who takes pride in their work and the taproom
• Ability to multitask and handle a busy bar with ease
• Must be available for afternoon/evening shifts Monday–Friday + weekends
