Job Description

Be well-versed in the overall growth system for agencies and broadcasters, capable of handling the introduction, signing, and management of agencies.
Possess basic understanding and interest in the live chatting and voice chatting room ecosystem in the Latin American regions, and have the ability to conduct market research and industry analysis independently.
Develop and implement a live broadcasting content framework in the Latin American region, adapting operational strategies in response to market changes in a timely manner.
Have fundamental data analysis skills to drive decisions and judgments based on data.
