Job Type: Remote | Entry-Level | Royalties-Based
Location: Global – 100% Remote
Education Required: None
Experience Required: None
Compensation: Royalties – $50 to $200+ per published book/month, scalable with volume
Position Overview
We are actively hiring for the role of Beginner eBook Publishing Assistant — a fully remote, entry-level opportunity where you’ll learn how to create and publish nonfiction Kindle books using AI tools, done-for-you templates, and simple workflows. No writing, marketing, or publishing background is needed.
This is not a freelance gig or hourly job. You’re not working for clients — you’re building your own digital assets that live on Amazon and pay you royalties month after month. You’ll be guided step-by-step from your first book idea all the way to publishing, with every tool and template provided.
Role Responsibilities
As a Publishing Assistant, you’ll follow a five-phase publishing system designed for beginners:
Before creating content, you’ll use built-in tools to choose nonfiction topics with strong demand and low competition. You’ll never guess what readers want — you’ll be trained to use real Amazon data to guide your decisions.
Tasks include:
Reviewing Amazon Best Seller Rank (BSR)
Using keyword research spreadsheets
Selecting evergreen topics like:
Personal development
Productivity hacks
Journaling for beginners
Budgeting and saving
Mental wellness and focus
You won’t be writing books manually. You’ll use AI writing assistants like ChatGPT with proven prompt frameworks to generate content efficiently.
Tasks include:
Inputting prompts to create chapters
Organizing AI output into structured nonfiction books
Editing for readability, flow, and accuracy
Enhancing value with summaries, checklists, or resource sections
Once your manuscript is complete, you’ll format it using Kindle-approved templates that require no design or tech skills.
Formatting includes:
Applying headers, subheadings, and spacing
Creating a clickable Table of Contents
Inserting disclaimers, copyright, and author pages
Ensuring clean formatting for mobile and Kindle devices
Your next step is creating a polished product page on Amazon. You’ll be provided swipe files and templates to craft optimized titles, subtitles, and descriptions.
Tasks include:
Writing keyword-rich titles and benefit-driven subtitles
Using copywriting templates for descriptions
Selecting backend keywords and categories
Uploading your book and cover through KDP
Setting royalties and pricing
No ad budget required — your listings are optimized for organic discovery.
Once your book is published, Amazon handles fulfillment and royalties. You’ll track your results and repeat the process to build a portfolio of royalty-generating titles.
Tasks include:
Monitoring royalties and Kindle Unlimited reads
Logging earnings and feedback
Planning additional books
Scaling your library and income one project at a time
Included Resources
You’ll receive full access to a publishing toolkit designed for total beginners:
Topic research dashboards
AI prompt libraries for nonfiction
Google Docs & MS Word formatting templates
Copywriting swipe files for listings
Kindle cover design tutorials using Canva
Upload checklists and publishing guides
Royalty tracking spreadsheets
Full video tutorials and walkthroughs
No paid software or technical background required.
Ideal for You If You Are:
New to remote work
Tired of freelancing or unpredictable client jobs
A stay-at-home parent, student, or retiree
Someone looking for a scalable online income stream
Ready to build long-term digital assets instead of chasing one-time gigs
Requirements
Laptop or desktop computer
Internet access
Comfort using Word or Google Docs
5–10 hours per week
Willingness to follow a proven system
This role is flexible and fully self-paced.
Earnings Potential
This position is royalty-based. Amazon pays monthly for every copy sold and every page read through Kindle Unlimited.
Average Earnings:
1 Book = $50–$200/month
5 Books = $300–$1,000/month
10+ Books = $2,000+/month
Each title increases your monthly income and builds toward financial freedom.
