HealingUS Centers is seeking a compassionate and committed Behavioral Health Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing essential support to clients dealing with mental health and substance abuse challenges. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting clients with their daily needs, ensuring their safety, and maintaining a positive and therapeutic environment.

The Behavioral Health Technician will:

• Provide direct care and support to clients, including assistance with daily activities such as transportation, meal preparation, and emotional support.
• Monitor and document client behaviors, reporting any significant changes or concerns to the clinical team.
• Implement safety protocols to ensure client well-being and manage any crisis situations effectively.
• Encourage and motivate clients to participate in their treatment plans and therapeutic activities.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all regulatory guidelines and best practices.

Requirements

To be considered for this position, candidates should have:

• Previous experience in a behavioral health or related field is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients.
• Flexibility with scheduling and ability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
• A valid driver's license is preferred.
