The Educational Equality Institute (TEEI) is seeking dedicated and experienced professionals to join our Board of Directors for our U.S. branch. As a Board Member, you will play a crucial role in providing governance, strategic oversight, and fundraising support to ensure the organization achieves its mission of expanding access to education and professional opportunities for underserved communities.
Key responsibilities include:
This is a volunteer position with a term length of two years , with an option for renewal.
A strong commitment to educational access and nonprofit leadership .
Experience in fundraising, corporate partnerships, finance, legal compliance, nonprofit governance, marketing, or education .
A well-established professional network that can support TEEI’s mission through connections and resources.
Prior experience serving on a nonprofit board (preferred but not required).
The ability to dedicate 5–10 hours per quarter to board meetings, committee work, and organizational initiatives.
