Pajouh Automotive Collision Center is currently searching for a skilled detail technician to join our team. Your primary job in this role will be to clean and refurbish customer vehicles after repair in our collision center. Our detail technicians work as part of our repair team and provide the finishing touches to our repair process. It’s important that you’re able to work well with others and demonstrate professionalism in the workplace all while delivering high quality results in a timely manner. Detail Technician Responsibilities:

• Clean and restore vehicle to better than pre-accident condition.
• Inspect finished product using quality control process.
• Understand and deliver specific customer requirements and timelines.
• Maintain proper function of all detail tools, equipment and supplies.
• Directly report any damage to the supervising manager in a clear and timely fashion.
• Coordinate and arrange work effectively with team members.
• Maintain excellent standards and quality of service to positively represent the organization.

Detail Technician Requirements:

• Hardworking personality
• Shown leadership qualities and eagerness to improve
• Excellent communication and attention to detail
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Positive attitude and can-do mentality
