Cintas is seeking a Business Process Specialist - Rental Center of Excellence for our Customer Exprience processes. Responsibilities include ensuring business process functionality is properly utilized in business unit locations and providing on and off-site support to those locations; supporting the evaluation of existing business processes for the purposes of identifying and executing on improvement initiatives in a defined business unit or business process, and assisting in the development in the delivery or training programs or presentations communicating process revisions to the organization.
