What We Offer:

• Starting Pay : $0.56 CPM, with weekly earnings averaging $1,400-$1,680
• Mileage : 2,500-3,000 miles per week
• Pay Increases : Raises every 3-6 months, up to $0.64 CPM after 5 years
• Freight Type : 100% no-touch freight, 50% drop-and-hook
• Perks : Rider and pet policy available after training completion
• Home Time : 14 days out, 2 full days at home; option to take the truck home during breaks
• Running Area : Primarily east of the Mississippi River, with occasional routes to the West Coast
• Benefits : Full medical and dental coverage, paid time off, and more after just 30 days

Requirements:

• At least 21 years old with a valid Class A CDL
• Clean driving record (no at-fault accidents, major tickets, or suspensions in the past 3 years)
• No DUIs in the last 5 years or more than 2 lifetime DUIs (if prior to CDL-A)
• No prior terminations from previous employment
• Must pass urine and hair pre-employment drug screens
• Criminal records will be reviewed by the safety team
• Employment history: No large gaps (maximum of 6 months in the past year and 1 year in the past 3 years)
• Experience : Minimum 6 months of OTR experience

For Recent Graduates/Trainees:

• Training Pay : $650 per week for 200-250 hours of behind-the-wheel training
• Post-Training Pay : Starting at $0.56 CPM, with weekly earnings averaging $1,400-$1,680
• Mileage : 2,500-3,000 miles per week
• Pay Increases : Raises every 3-6 months, with potential earnings of up to $0.64 CPM after 5 years
• Freight Type : 100% no-touch freight, 50% drop-and-hook
• Perks : Rider and pet policy after training completion
• Home Time : 14 days out, 2 full days at home; option to take the truck home during breaks
