Location: Remote (Aligned with Austin, New York, or Los Angeles time zones)

Position Type:

This is a full-time direct hire opportunity offering equity, shares, LTIP, or sweat equity. Fractional or part-time candidates will also be considered, with the potential to transition into a full-time role in the future.

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) or Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead the company into its next phase of growth. This unique opportunity blends strategic and operational leadership, making it ideal for an experienced CEO, Managing Director, or Operations Director ready to step up.

Over the first 3-12 months, you will share CEO and COO responsibilities, working closely with the Founder CEO, who plans to transition into a Chairman role. This will allow you to assess and design the optimal leadership team and organizational structure.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership:

Develop and execute strategic plans to scale the company while staying true to its mission and vision.

Operational Excellence:

Streamline processes and systems to support rapid growth while overseeing daily operations for maximum efficiency.

Team Leadership:

Inspire, mentor, and grow a high-performing team while fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Financial Management:

Drive financial performance, manage budgets and forecasts, and ensure profitability and stability during the scaling process.

Business Development:

Explore and expand into new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to broaden the company's impact and reach.

Product Development:

Collaborate with the product team to innovate and enhance offerings in mindfulness, wellness, health, supplements, personal growth, coaching, events, and consumer goods.

Stakeholder Management:

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, investors, partners, and board members.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a senior leader (CEO, COO, Managing Director, or Operations Director), ideally within the health, wellness, or consumer goods sectors.
A strong track record of scaling businesses and driving substantial revenue growth.
Deep operational and financial expertise combined with a strategic mindset.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Passion for mindfulness, wellness, and personal growth.
Relevant degree; an MBA is highly desirable.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
