Role Overview:
Lead and scale all facets of the agency's function to help B2B clients. Develop and execute B2B marketing strategies that drive new acquisition, elevate brand, and optimize revenue across industrial, manufacturing, construction, logistics, and technology sectors for our clients. This will be a very hands-on role.
Key Responsibilities:
Define and own overall marketing strategy: branding, demand generation, digital channels, content, and client communications
Build, mentor, and manage a lean team of paid‑media, SEO, social‑media, content, and design specialists; establish clear KPIs
Craft go‑to‑market plans for existing service lines and sector verticals
Oversee digital channels (PPC, SEO, social) with data‑driven targets and ROI tracking
Partner with Sales to align lead‑generation efforts, set SLAs and optimize funnel conversion rates
Drive thought leadership: case studies, white papers and webinars that reinforce agency expertise
Implement marketing operations infrastructure (automation, analytics, reporting dashboards) to enable scalable growth
Monitor competitive landscape and sector trends; adjust strategy to maintain differentiation
Manage a six‑figure marketing budget, allocate spend across channels and report on ROI
Advise on marketing integration for strategic partnerships or agency acquisitions
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of progressive B2B marketing leadership, with ≥3 years in a C‑suite or equivalent role at an agency or in‑house team
Demonstrated success growing mid‑market B2B engagements in industrial, manufacturing, logistics or technology sectors
Proven ability to build and optimize small, multifunctional marketing teams
Data‑driven decision‑making; proficiency with CRM and automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)
Strong financial acumen; experience managing budgets in the $200K–$500K range and forecasting ROI
Track record of securing high‑value client engagements (5‑figure to 6‑figure retainers)
Excellent stakeholder management; ability to partner with Sales, Finance and Operations leadership
Exceptional written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to executive stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience scaling a remote‑first marketing agency
Sector expertise in industrial or manufacturing verticals
History of launching new service offerings or expanding into new markets
MBA or equivalent advanced degree
Compensation Range:
Base Salary: $100,000–$120,000 USD per year
Equity or Profit‑Share: eligibility subject to performance and tenure
