Chiropractor Mayfield, KY

We are seeking a motivated Chiropractor to join our team full time in Mayfield, KY. We are looking for an energetic doctor with a caring heart and great communication skills. Must have exceptional adjusting skills and a willingness to work in a team atmosphere. Fantastic atmosphere for team building and incentives to grow personally and financially.

Duties:
Patient exam/evaluation (physical exam, medical history, review pertinent imaging/reports)
Diagnosis and Treatment Plan formulation
Manual Adjustments and Treatments (Diversified, Thompson, Cox-Flexion/Distraction, Arthrostem) various therapies and modalities
Patient Education as to the benefits of chiropractic care, lifestyle modifications, treatment options, and rehab/therapeutic exercises
Documentation/progress notes
Frequent reexams to check for patient progress

Salary (range):
$60k -$140K per year (Salary plus bonus)

Schedule:
Office hrs/days candidate will work: Mon, Wed, Thurs, Friday (8-11, 2-5) Tuesday (2-5)
