Job Description

As a Cleaning Specialist, your primary role will be to clean household items affected by a loss in the manner purposed by the Content Manager.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Structural cleaning of properties
• Cleaning of contents (household items) following fire, smoke and or water damage
• Cleaning of homes during restoration and upon completion of project (final clean)
• Contents gathering, packing and loading
• Content inventory preparation (Helping to document the items inside a home)
• Develop an understanding of cleaning techniques, products and equipment
• Provide excellent customer service
• Reports to the Lead Content Manager

Qualifications

• Willingness and ability to work in less than perfect environments (mold, smoke, and weather damage conditions)
• Exhibit strong interpersonal verbal and written communication skills
• Must be organized and detail oriented
• Be self-motivated and proactive
• Possess analytical and problem-solving skills
• Prior cleaning and/or packing experience is preferred
• Ability to work independently and work well with a team.
• Must have valid driver’s license

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15 per hour and up, commensurate with experience
