Cleaning Technician

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and driven Cleaning Technician for Real Property Management-Richmond Metro. Strong candidates will bring a full range skill set in cleaning duties. The Cleaning Technician will perform tasks assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor. This position will be responsible for the timely and professional completion of tasks to the standards of the Real Property Management Richmond Metro organization.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Application and knowledge of general cleaning duties
• Perform work in a timely manner and provide exceptional quality of work
• Maintain the established customer service standards for both owners and residents
• Promptly respond, pursue, and resolve issues

KEY ATTRIBUTES

• Must have excellent cleaning skills
• Detail conscious
• Interpersonal skills
• Ability to act and operate independently with minimal daily direction from manager to accomplish objectives

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff
• After-hours calls and site visits as necessary
• Must be able to pass a background check

Qualifications

• Ability to prepare, write and communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and staff
• Willingness to learn
• Must provide own tools necessary for basic cleaning functions and reliable transportation (mileage reimbursement provided)

 

Compensation: $20.00 per hour
