Harvest Production Clerk

This position consists of providing administrative and clerical support to the Harvest operations management team.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Data entry for all harvest production numbers and daily reports
• Maintaining all graphs, charts, and other reporting that is distributed to management team.
• Reconciling daily attendance reports with supervisors
• Assisting supervisors with the schedules of employee's vacations/time off
• Timekeeping and assisting supervisors in daily time sheets and record keeping
• Additional duties as needed to support operations team

Requirements:

• Must have good computer knowledge as most work is required on the computer
• Strong written and verbal English language communication skills
• Ability to adapt to new environments and situations
• Knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Word

Hours of this position vary as dictated by production, additional overtime and weekends as needed
