  • Conduct regular reviews and updates with clients using platforms like Zoom to ensure alignment on objectives and outcomes.
  • Provide proactive problem-solving and strategic thinking to mitigate potential issues and maximize client success.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of internal processes and tools for increased efficiency and better client management.
  • Participate in weekly training sessions to drive engagement and facilitate ongoing client education.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3-5 years in client success or account management, preferably with experience in EdTech or personal development sectors.
  • Sales Expertise: Mastery of high-ticket sales methodologies (e.g., consultative or value-based selling).
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of revenue metrics like Customer Lifetime Value (CLV) and Net Revenue Retention (NRR).
  • Remote Proficiency: Able to manage high-stakes relationships remotely; proficient in CRM's and Zoom.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM software and familiarity with sales enablement tools.
  • Education: Degree in business, marketing, education, or a related field; sales or customer success certifications are a bonus.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to apply proactive problem-solving skills to real-world client scenarios.
  • Executive Presence: Capable of managing relationships with high-achieving clients in a premium market.
