Position Overview
The Transplant Cellular Therapy Clinical Pharmacy Specialist will deliver specialized pharmacy services in the Transplant Cellular Therapy (TCT) clinic, focusing on advanced medication management and therapeutic support for patients receiving cellular and bone marrow transplant therapies. You will act as a key resource in the management and education around anti-neoplastic and immunomodulating medications, participating in cross-functional quality initiatives and serving as a pharmacological consultant on a multi-disciplinary healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive pharmacy services to TCT and Cellular Therapy teams, managing medication protocols and coordinating quality improvement projects.
• Oversee medication management for anti-neoplastic and immunomodulating drugs, ensuring adherence to high clinical standards.
• Participate in multidisciplinary rounds, offering pharmacokinetic and therapeutic consultations to optimize patient outcomes.

Requirements:

• BS Pharmacy, Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) is preferred.
• American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) residency preferred
• Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist (BCOP) or commitment to obtaining
• Experience in TCT, CAR-T, or BMT therapy settings
• Florida Pharmacy License or progress toward licensure
