Commercial Agent Development Program (NO LICENSE REQUIRED)
Are you a driven professional who enjoys meeting new people who can prospect new customers to help our business grow? You might be the ideal candidate for our commercial department. As our next associate, we need someone who can turn potential customers into qualified leads through strong persuasion skills. Our ideal applicant is a great dealmaker, enjoys talking to people on the phone and in person, and has previous experience in outbound calling. If you are someone who bets on themselves, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do:
• Work with a seasoned broker with 25 years of experience to help you learn the commercial real estate industry
• Assist senior broker with contacting apartment owners throughout LA to facilitate a sale.
• owners throughout Los Angeles
• Sell multi-million dollar properties throughout the Valley, Mid-Wilshire, and Hollywood.
• Learn how to negotiate with savvy individuals who want to grow their real estate portfolio
• In-office training and mentorship to have you surpass income of $100,000
What We’re Looking For:
• Willingness to pursue your real estate license after 90 days of working with us.
• Motivated to work hard and learn.

Responsibilities:
• Find new customers using a variety of channels, including in-person meetings, phone calls, texts, and emails
• Communicate with sales leadership to reach team goals and improve operations
Qualifications:
• Team-focused, organized, self-starter with an orientation towards service, detail, problem-solving, and meeting goals
• Understanding the sales process and how to enter information into client databases desired
• Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills
• Past experience in sales is highly preferred
