The Communications Specialist will be responsible for developing and delivering internal and external communications that align with the company’s goals. 

Job: On site - Jersey City, NJ

Pay Range: $21.00 - $31.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies to enhance brand visibility.
• Create high-quality written content for various platforms including websites, blogs, and newsletters.
• Manage social media accounts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
• Draft and distribute press releases, media advisories, and other public relations materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and develop key messaging.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare analysis reports on media trends and communications effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Exceptional writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
