Location: San Francisco, CA

Work Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week) | Onsite or Hybrid | Start Date: August 19, 2025 | End Date: August 19, 2026

Compensation: Up to $95/hour USD

About the Role

Maleda Tech is seeking a Community Growth Manager to support one of our leading global clients in the travel and hospitality technology space. This is a contract opportunity for a strategic, community-focused professional to help launch and scale programs that support property management partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales operations, community building, and program development, with the ability to work cross-functionally to drive business growth and host engagement. This is a high-impact role that combines strategic thinking, execution, and relationship management in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Program Development & Launch
    1. Drive recruitment and onboarding education for new Co-hosts.
    2. Analyze regional trends to identify and scale growth opportunities.
    3. Design and pilot new initiatives to support Co-host success.
    4. Develop and manage a community forum to support engagement and feedback loops.
  2. Community Engagement
    1. Serve as the primary point of contact for Co-hosts, supporting them as they grow their businesses.
    2. Design and manage email and communication campaigns for lifecycle engagement.
    3. Organize and support events, workshops, and webinars to build community cohesion and share best practices.
    4. Capture and deliver actionable insights to inform product and central team initiatives.
  3. Business Strategy & Impact
    1. Own host growth and revenue OKRs within your assigned region.
    2. Create and implement new programs to support Co-host development and operational success.
    3. Contribute to our client's long-term strategy for scaling its hosting ecosystem.
    4. Drive change management practices to enable adoption of new processes and technologies.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Business Operations, preferably in Tech, Real Estate, Property Management, or Travel industries.

  • Proven success in driving growth and exceeding OKRs.

  • Strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to operate autonomously and deliver results in ambiguous environments.

  • Skilled in forecasting, modeling, and performance analysis to optimize growth strategies.

  • Excellent project management, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a deep sense of empathy for host communities.

  • Demonstrated leadership in managing community programs and delivering business impact.

  • Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, large data sets), SQL, and tools such as Salesforce, Google Workspace, Airtable, and Asana.

  • Experience supporting both in-person and online community-building initiatives.

  • Comfortable working across geographies, with deep knowledge of market trends and dynamics.
