Job Title: Content Marketing Associate
Location: Hybrid or Remote (based in Irvine, CA)
About the Role:
We're on the hunt for a talented and motivated Content Marketing Associate to join our dynamic marketing team! If you're a creative storyteller who understands the power of content strategy, loves crafting engaging materials, and thrives in a collaborative environment, this role is for you.
In this position, you'll play a key role in driving brand awareness and customer engagement through compelling content. You'll lead content initiatives, manage social media accounts (with a focus on LinkedIn), and create marketing materials such as blog posts, case studies, and white papers. We're looking for a self-starter who can prioritize tasks, collaborate effectively across teams, and maintain brand consistency across all marketing efforts.
What You'll Do:
Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that aligns with business goals and industry trends to boost brand visibility.
Craft, edit, and manage diverse content types, including blogs, white papers, case studies, email campaigns, and videos.
Manage the company's LinkedIn account by creating posts, scheduling content, running paid ads, and tracking analytics.
Enhance employee engagement on LinkedIn by providing resources and producing content using tools like Sprout Social's Advocacy platform.
Ensure all content—both organic and paid—reflects a consistent brand voice and aligns with key messaging.
Oversee content project workflows, set deadlines, and deliver materials on time.
Optimize content for search engines using keyword research and SEO best practices to drive website traffic.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and sales, to create content that supports campaigns.
Work with external writers, agencies, and vendors to enhance content production as needed.
What You Bring:
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Solid understanding of content marketing principles and SEO.
Proven ability to create content that drives engagement and traffic.
Experience with Microsoft Office, Canva, Sprout Social (or similar tools), and LinkedIn Advertising.
Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple projects.
Excellent communication, analytical, and time management abilities.
Bonus: Knowledge of visual design principles or graphic design skills.
Bonus: Familiarity with marketing tools such as WordPress, BrightEdge, Semrush, Trello, JasperAI, Figma, Photoshop, Seismic, or Pardot/Salesforce.
Bonus: Experience with video marketing and multimedia storytelling.
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in content marketing, content creation, or related roles.
Bonus: Experience in the healthcare or risk management industry.
Compensation & Benefits:
Pay Range: $79,704 - $132,692 (salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience).
