The Critical Care Nurse Manager will play a critical role in providing clinical and administrative leadership, coordinating activities across defined areas, and supporting the implementation of the organization’s mission, vision, and standards. In order to stand out, candidates for the Critical Care Nurse Manager will possess a BSN (or completion within an agreed timeframe), a minimum of five years of clinical experience, and proven expertise in a relevant specialty. An MSN and certification in a nursing specialty or administration are highly desirable.
