Job Description

This is a remote position. We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic   Cruise Experience Specialist   to help clients plan unforgettable cruise vacations tailored to their preferences, lifestyle, and budget. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through ship selections, itineraries, cabin options, excursions, and onboard experiences. Your expertise in the cruise industry will ensure a smooth and enjoyable booking process from initial inquiry to post-cruise follow-up. Key Responsibilities: Consult with clients to understand their travel goals and recommend ideal cruise lines, ships, and itineraries Provide expert knowledge on destinations, cruise packages, cabin categories, dining, and onboard amenities Coordinate all aspects of cruise booking, including pre- and post-cruise travel, insurance, excursions, and special requests Build and maintain relationships with cruise line representatives and vendors to stay updated on promotions and offerings Assist clients with documentation, travel requirements, and real-time support before and during travel Maintain accurate records in booking systems and CRM platforms Have access to book more than just cruises  Qualifications: Passion for cruising and in-depth knowledge of cruise lines and destinations Strong customer service and sales skills Excellent verbal and written communication Highly organized and detail-oriented Previous travel industry or cruise experience is a plus, but not required—training provided Proficient with online booking tools and office software Benefits: Flexible remote work environment Access to exclusive travel perks and discounted cruise rates Familiarization (FAM) cruise opportunities and industry training Supportive, collaborative, and cruise-loving team culture Career growth opportunities within the travel sector
