Job Description

Work-from-Home Travel & Customer Service Agents

Are you an experienced travel agent or a customer service professional looking for a flexible, remote opportunity? We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team and assist clients with their travel needs while providing top-notch customer service.

What You'll Do:
Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, and travel packages
Provide excellent customer service and resolve inquiries efficiently
Offer expert recommendations to enhance clients' travel experiences
Handle phone and online communications in a professional manner
Ensure accuracy in bookings, payments, and itinerary details
What We're Looking For:
Experience in travel booking or customer service (preferred)
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
A reliable computer, internet connection, and landline phone
Willingness to complete training and pass a background check
Bilingual candidates are a plus!
