A local business is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Job Responsibilities:

Update delivery status, product information, and availability on website
Answer product questions
Update product information and availability on website
Generate reports
Perform other duties as needed

Job Qualifications:

Must have strong Customer Service experience
Must have solid computer skills with accurate data entry skills
Must have strong organizational and communication skills
Must be able to multi-task with an eye for detail
Must be able to work effectively with people, be respectful, and have a positive attitude
Must have common sense to know when to ask questions and not make assumption
Must be fully vaccinated and provide vaccination card
