Job Description

This is a remote position.

As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for customers. You will troubleshoot issues, answer questions, and provide solutions to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. You’ll be an essential part of our team, helping to maintain positive relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide clear solutions.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by providing excellent service.

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple clients.
  • Good business acumen and understanding of customer service principles.
  • High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software, helpdesk software, or other relevant technology.
