In this key role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our clients achieve their business goals by maximizing their use of our platform.

What You'll Do:

Build Strong Client Relationships: Develop and nurture long-term partnerships with key decision-makers at our clients.
Drive Customer Success: Proactively identify and address client needs, ensuring they effectively leverage our platform to achieve their business objectives.
Maximize Value: Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the use of our products within client accounts.
Ensure Client Satisfaction: Proactively monitor client health, address potential issues, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Travel and Collaborate: Travel to client sites to conduct in-depth business reviews, build relationships, and foster strong partnerships.
Data-Driven Insights: Analyze client data to identify trends, understand usage patterns, and proactively address potential challenges.
Continuous Improvement: Provide valuable feedback to product and engineering teams to enhance our platform and improve the overall customer experience.
What You'll Bring:

3-8 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role within the SaaS industry.
At least 2 years of experience managing large client accounts.
1+ years of experience working with hospitality software solutions (PMS/Hospitality SaaS).
Proven track record of success in achieving high client satisfaction and driving revenue growth.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Willingness to travel 10-30% for client meetings and relationship-building.
