What You'll Do:

Become a trusted advisor: Build strong relationships with our clients, understanding their unique needs and challenges.
Drive customer success: Guide clients through the onboarding and implementation process, ensuring they effectively utilize our solutions.
Maximize customer value: Identify and address customer needs, proactively suggesting solutions and improvements.
Foster customer growth: Drive product adoption and identify opportunities for expansion within existing accounts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
What You'll Bring:

3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role (e.g., Customer Success, Account Management, Consulting)
Proven ability to build strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with SaaS solutions (highly preferred)
Experience in the Food and Beverage industry or Supply Chain is a plus
