The Chase Agency LLC is one of upstate New York's largest process serving companies. We have an immediate need to hire a reliable Office Assistant who will also be a courier to local courts and business offices within walking distance.
We are in need of a warm and intelligent person to interact with our servers, handle mail, order office supplies, run office related errands, and keep the office clean and organized. We'll train you - so you don't need any experience in this role.

Ideal CandidateYou're organized and you don't mind learning new things. You're comfortable with technology and can work from an online platform as long as you get training on how to use it.
You're a responsible person. You take pride in your work and are willing to grow and improve so that you can succeed. Unlike many people, you have the discipline to work independently because you're self-motivated, can manage your time, prioritize tasks, stay focused and follow a schedule even without someone looking over your shoulder.
