Job Title: Removable Dental Lab Technician

Location: Lansdale, Pennsylvania

Salary: $60,000 - $130,000 (Based on Experience)

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Removable Dental Lab Technician to join our team in Lansdale, PA. This role offers an excellent opportunity for technicians with experience in both analog and digital fabrication of removable prosthetics. We welcome applicants with a range of expertise, from hands-on technical production to removable department management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fabricate, repair, and adjust full and partial dentures using traditional and digital workflows.
• Process dentures using a variety of materials and techniques, including waxing, setting teeth, processing, and finishing.
• Work with digital design software and 3D printing technology for denture fabrication.
• Collaborate with dentists and other technicians to ensure quality and function of prosthetic devices.
• Maintain accuracy and efficiency in production while meeting deadlines.
• Provide leadership and guidance for the removable team if in a management role.

Qualifications:

• Experience with removable prosthetics (both analog and digital) required.
• Proficiency in denture setup, processing, and finishing.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM and 3D printing preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently or within a team.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality craftsmanship.
• Management experience in a removable dental lab setting is a plus.
