We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Dental Treatment Coordinator to join our thriving team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact between our patients and the dental team, guiding patients through their treatment options and facilitating a smooth experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with patients regarding treatment plans, procedures, and financial options.
• Assist patients with financing options.
• Assist in scheduling appointments and follow-up visits to ensure timely treatment.
• Coordinate with the dental team to prepare treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs.
• Manage patient records and billing information, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
• Address patient inquiries and concerns, providing exceptional customer service at all times.

Requirements

Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator.

Proficient in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Knowledge of dental procedures, insurance processes, and patient management.

Benefits

Salary : $30.00 - $35.00 per hour to start, plus bonus plan in first year

Office hours: 8am - 5pm, Monday - Thursday, Friday, 8am - 12:30pm
