Job Description

We’re seeking a curious, meticulous, and highly organized individual to join our Marketplace Operations team as an eCommerce Operations Associate. This role involves managing the day-to-day health of our Amazon accounts, keeping product information in our database up to date, being responsible for various brands primarily in the beauty and wellness industries, and identifying process improvement opportunities. You’ll be able to immerse yourself in many parts of the ecommerce business and dive into other marketplace opportunities such as Walmart and TikTok Shop as we continue to expand our capabilities. This role will be hybrid with 3 days in office. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up new brands and products in our internal system
  • Own the Amazon listing creation process through the management of feeds
  • Audit product listings for accuracy and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
  • Monitor our Account Health and address inventory and/or compliance issues promptly
  • Manage cases/tickets through regular follow-ups and relay status updates to appropriate teams
  • Stay up-to-date on new Amazon listing compliance requirements and provide strategic recommendations to maintain healthy listings
  • Oversee the brand registry application process and manage trademarks across new and current brands
  • Collaborate across teams on any changes or requests needed to ensure timely communication and resolution of issues

Requirements

Qualifications: 

  • Minimum 1-2 year’s experience working in Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central (international marketplace experience a plus)
  • Relevant experience and degree in related field preferred
  • Detail-oriented, self-motivated and analytical thinker
  • Strong technical, research, and time management skills
  • Advanced Google Sheets/Excel knowledge
  • Basic SQL knowledge
  • HTML, and/or Photoshop knowledge preferred
  • Brand protection and/or trademarks knowledge a plus
  • Familiarity with nutritional supplements and beauty products space a plus
  • NetSuite/ERP/EDI system and/or Asana experience a plus
