Summary:

This position requires precision assembly operations on Hi-Rel Space Qualified switches, coaxial and wave guides.

Typical Responsibilities:

• Read and understand drawing, manufacturing instructions, and all required documentation
• Must be willing to work in a Clean Room environment, either Class 100,000 or Class 100 (bunny Suits)
• The assembly process requires significant use of a microscope
• Assembles,, and performs basic adjustment on various products under minimum supervision
• Must be familiar with precision measurement tools and equipment required to perform all assembly processes to complete the product
• Performs other duties as assigned
• Responsible for quality of parts being processed

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• High School graduate or equivalent preferred
• At least 2-3 years experience in related electro-mechanical assembly
• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
• Work independently when required
• Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

Physical Requirements:

• Able to read documents and computer screens
• Able to move around an office building and up stairs
• Able to sit/stand for long periods of time
• Able to type on a computer keyboard
• Able to communicate through a telephone
• Able to communicate with co-workers

Work Arrangement : Onsite

Pay Range: $24.50 - $28.00 per hour
