JOB TITLE: Entry-Level Aircraft Structures/Mechanical/Systems - Free Housing Support

Summary:
Performs routine production assembly operations on structural and mechanical assemblies, subassemblies, and aircraft systems, equipment, and accessories using manual and automated tools.
Assemble structural and mechanical parts, subassemblies, and aircraft systems using manual or automated tools.
Promote a culture of teamwork, pride, and ownership.
Collaborate with Integrated Build Teams (IBTs) and Team Leaders to mitigate performance risks using Systematic Problem Solving (SPS) methods.
Identify production constraints and escalate unresolved issues with clear communication.
Apply Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Boeing Production System (BPS) principles to enhance workflow and workplace quality.
Support overtime needs to meet production goals and customer deadlines.
Participate in Lean Manufacturing Systems (LMS) and 5S initiatives.
Provide cross-training and mentorship to improve overall team performance.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required.
1 year of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., vocational school or associate degree).
Ability to work variable shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd)
Minimum 1 year of experience in manufacturing and/or fabrication
Minimum 1 year of experience following detailed work instructions and reading blueprints or technical drawings in English
Minimum 1 year of experience using basic computer applications (e.g., internet navigation, email, Microsoft Office Suite)
Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
Desired Skills:
At least 1 year of aerospace industry experience
