Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work  hybrid  with our client in Boston, MA . Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

• Serve as primary contact for clients and internal operational teams. 
• You will resolve internal and client inquiries promptly and accurately to ensure exceptional client service. 
• You will focus on the Fund Accounting, Administration, and Custody disciplines and the applicable product offering for assigned client relationships.
• Proactively respond to client inquiries daily.
• Provide filtering and escalation for client inquiries.
• Participate in scheduled client meetings.
• Assist in activities that support the measurement of Client Service Standards across the various products clients provide to our clients.
• Work effectively with internal departments or third-party providers to prioritize client requests, deliverables, and issue resolution.
• Review internal reporting for assigned client relationships and escalate issues that may impact client service to the Client Service Supervisor.
• Participate in team-based project work and audits.
• Utilize relevant internal technology solutions to manage client inquiries effectively.
• Introduce and familiarize clients with new technology, automation tools, and products.
• Where needed, monitor receipt of all client documentation (tax, Accounting Elections, KYC, account information, authorized signers) and analyze the exposure of missing documentation to the client.

Pay: $24/hr.

Hours: 40 hours/week.

Length: Temp (12 Months).

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

• Bachelor's Degree (BS/BA) in Finance or Accounting.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in securities options, accounting standards, and ongoing regulatory changes.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in Excel.

Preferred Skills:

• Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to effectively prioritize and resolve client needs.
• Ability to learn and utilize new technologies to research, analyze, and resolve client needs.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately in a deadline-oriented environment.
• Ability to build and maintain internal and external client relationships.
• Good ability to analytical skills to data, workflows, numeric information, and problem-solving.

Additional Information:
