The ERP Developer is responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules. This role involves extensive development using PeopleTools, Integration Broker, and advanced SQL, along with analyzing business requirements and creating technical design documents.

Responsibilities:
- Developing and maintaining PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules.
- Developing with PeopleTools (PeopleCode, Application Packages, Application Engine, Cobol, SQR).
- Developing with Integration Broker (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
- Working with advanced SQL and PL/SQL in Oracle database.
- Utilizing Linux OS scripting.
- Working with AWE.
- Analyzing business requirements and creating technical design documents.
- Working with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio).
- Collaborating with MS Teams in a large team setting.
Required Skills & Certifications:
- 8 years of experience working with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Accounts Receivable and Billing modules.
- 8 years of experience developing with PeopleTools (PeopleCode, Application Packages, Application Engine, Cobol, SQR).
- 8 years of experience developing with Integration Broker (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
- 8 years of experience working with advanced SQL and PL/SQL in Oracle database.
- 8 years of experience with Linux OS scripting.
- 8 years of experience working with AWE.
- 8 years of experience analyzing business requirements and creating technical design documents.
- 4 years of experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Visio).
- 4 years of experience working with MS Teams in a large team setting.
Preferred Skills & Certifications:
- 4 years of experience working with a public sector organization (Federal, State, or Local Government).
- 2 years of experience working with the State of Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials system.
- 2 years of experience working with the Treasury Offset Program (TOP).
- 2 years of experience with SharePoint.
- 1 year of experience with Jira.
- 1 year of experience working with the Scrum framework.
- 1 year of experience with STAT.
