Job Title: Trusts & Estates Attorney
Location: Dublin or Lancaster, Ohio – In-person role

The Ideal Candidate:
Has at least 2 years of experience practicing law—experience in domestic relations, personal injury, criminal law, or similar areas is welcomed. Estate Planning experience is a plus, but is not required.
May be seeking a transition out of litigation into a more stable and fulfilling practice area.
Possesses exceptional communication, organizational, and client-service skills.
Has strong emotional intelligence, empathy, and professional demeanor.
Is comfortable with sales-based conversations, including securing client commitment to final fees during meetings.
Demonstrates the ability to manage multiple client matters and mentor team members.
Familiarity with WealthDocs and ElderCounsel is a plus—but not required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems preferred.
