Your Role:

As an Estate Planning Attorney, you'll:

Draft wills, trusts, and estate planning documents tailored to clients' needs
Oversee the execution of estate planning documents, ensuring they are properly executed
Provide expert legal guidance on estate planning, asset protection, and tax strategies
Assist clients with probate administration and estate litigation matters
Handle cases related to guardianship and conservatorship as needed
Conduct thorough research and provide legal analysis on estate-related issues
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with all client matters

What We're Looking For:

Location: Must be based near Buffalo, Syracuse, or Rochester
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active NY State Bar License
Minimum 2 years of experience in estate planning and probate law
Expertise in wills, trusts, guardianship, and wealth transfer strategies

Skills:
Strong communication, research, and analytical abilities
A client-focused approach with excellent organizational skills
Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting
