We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Event Coordinator to join our team in Cincinnati, OH. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of corporate and promotional events. You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure every detail is executed flawlessly and on time.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and coordinate all aspects of events from conception to execution

  • Liaise with clients to determine event objectives and requirements

  • Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics

  • Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers

  • Conduct site visits and manage on-site event setup and breakdown

  • Ensure all events meet quality, safety, and branding standards

  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all stakeholders

  • Provide post-event analysis and reports

Qualifications



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in event coordination or related roles

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills

  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Willingness to work flexible hours when events require
