About the Role  

We’re excited to hire for our client in Culver City, CA, looking for a proactive, people-focused Event Marketing Staff to join their vibrant team. This role will immerse you in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you’ll represent the client’s brand at various retail-based events and promotions. You’ll be the face of the brand, sharing product information, handling inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction while actively achieving sales goals.

Key Responsibilities  

As a member of the Event team, you’ll be responsible for:

• Engaging directly with customers at retail locations, using your influence to increase brand visibility and awareness.
• Setting up branded pop-up kiosks and event stations designed to draw attention and captivate the public.
• Representing the client’s brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a strong knowledge of product offerings.
• Providing answers to common customer inquiries and overcoming any minor objections.
• Successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective upselling and customer engagement.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and sales using digital tools to provide useful insights and feedback.

Requirements
