As an Event Staff member at Captura Hall, you will play a key role in ensuring our events run smoothly. You will assist with event setup, provide exceptional customer service during events, and contribute to the overall success of each occasion. We are looking for reliable and proactive individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and have a passion for delivering great service.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and break down event spaces, including arranging furniture and equipment.
• Greet guests and assist with event registration.
• Ensure all event areas are maintained throughout the event.
• Provide assistance to guests as needed, including addressing inquiries and handling requests.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth event operations.
• Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.

Qualifications

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Prior event experience is a plus, but not required
